Vampire Weekend Play Live at the Liverpool 02 Academy as one of the main headline acts for the MTV Liverpool Music Week Event. An amazing gig which I I think was promotion for the Contra Album famous songs that they have released and you can hear just about anywhere on radio and tv is A-Punk typically indie rock but also quite ska influenced as well. Here is the Stage backdrop with Ezras Guitar The drum kit and the backdrop of the Vampire Weekend Banner. Nice lighting on this image

Celebrity Fashion Show Held at Alma de Cuba and organised by Banafish Management held a Charity Fashion Show in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. The Fashion Show Featured a number of Hollyoaks Actors and Actresses modelling a number of clothing ranges from local designers. I took these documentary style for editorial use for both the charity and general promotion for the charity. There were also a number of professional models here and made for a spectactular event. I was lucky enough to be the only photographer allowed backstage to photo the warm up and preparation to the show

Creamfields Dance Festival in Daresbury Cheshire just Near Liverpool in the northwest of England Here I main did a load of Documentary style editorial shots. The Festival is very lively and full of all kinds of people there were a loads of perfomers on which contributed to a great all round music festival.

Here is quite simple one of the most amazing parties I have ever attended. I headed down to Cheshire to photograph Paul Hogarth’s 50th Birthday Party. I didn’t know really quite what to expect but as you’ll see from the images Paul and Judith really know how to put on a Party The night was fantastic with a really welcoming and nice group of people and not to mention all the Playboy bunnies The lighting was set up by Lightech and Paul and Judith specified the 5 huge LED Screens which they had seen on a girls aloud tour the stage was was quite fantastic. They also enlisted a great DJ as the main piece where cage dansers appeared The catering by with a twist was great with teppanyaki available to all the guests and a free bar. The whole event was house in a huge marquee in the grounds of Pauls House which provided a stunning location which the roads up to and around were flame lined. RSVP provided the theming which was really spectacular. An all round stunning event

Kasabian Live at Liverpool University a very impressive gig with great lighting and sound. The Crowd as always with Kasabain loved the concert and I found it a pleasure to photograph the band. Part of the tour for the album West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum reached number one in the UK top 40 charts.Band line up is as follows Tom Meighan Sergio Pizzorno Chris Edwards and Ian Matthews. The Battle of Angels and Demons for 2009s Halloween Party at Alma de Cuba Seel Street Liverpool. Liverpool is always a great place to be on halloween as everyone in the city really takes time to prepare the best possible costumes. You always get a good crowd in alma and this years Main event was spectacular. With Simone acting the Angel rising up at the start with huge sheet wings which filled the alter area the the guy dancers ripping off the wings to reveal that she was also a demon. A great Dance show and event and a pleasure to photograph

Creams 16th Birthday Party at Nation in Liverpool on the 11th October 2008. DJ’s included Paul Van Dyk Adam Sheridan Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. Grand National day in Liverpool and John Smiths held their official winners party at alma de cube for the second year running. Last year the winning jockey Timmy Murphy attended with the trophy but sadly this year the winner wasn’t present all the same I think that this years event was much better with a greater atmosphere and vibe. Again alma put on a great buffet with lobster salmon etc… and the usual mix of dancers petals and music. The Band 6 toys topped off a great night with an energetic performance which the crowd loved

Music Week has been around for a while and MTV partnered with them on this which would be a build up to the European Music awards at the Echo arena. A great selection Artists played from around the world including Vampire Weekend Sway The Holloways Ragz and more at various venues including Liverpool university Bumper Alma and Nation. I was invited to be the official photographer for the festival
